- AI usage is not unlimited. Each plan includes monthly AI credits, and a multi-step job uses more than a simple question. You can buy more credits any time.
- One computer task at a time. Each plan includes one dedicated computer, not several AI staff working in parallel.
- Customer-facing WhatsApp automation is not available. WhatsApp group support is human help, not a connector.
- E-invoicing is not available. Jentera does not submit to MyInvois or connect to LHDN today.
- Recurring routines are a limited pilot and are not enabled for every account.
Can I try Jentera before paying?
Yes. Create and verify your account to explore the platform and send 10 free chat requests. The allowance is shared across all your chats and businesses, not 10 per conversation. After that, choose a plan to keep sending work. Requests already in progress can finish, and previous results stay readable. Plans start at RM99/month.
How do the plans work?

Plus adds team seats for your staff. Run out of credits? Buy RM20 more any time and it works straight away; a bigger plan applies from your next billing month. Is AI usage unlimited?
No. Your subscription includes standard AI usage, with usage and fair-use limits. A multi-step job can use more AI than a simple question. Each plan has monthly AI credits, and you can buy more any time; no plan promises unlimited usage.
How many computer tasks can run at once?
Your AI staff handles one computer task at a time. The plan includes one dedicated computer, not several AI staff working in parallel.
Can Jentera run work on a schedule?
Recurring routines are currently in a limited pilot and are not enabled for every account. We can help you identify repeatable work and check whether your workflow can join the pilot. Supported access, setup and any required approvals still apply.
